What is meant by engineer dispatching services?
It refers to Artner’s employment of engineer workers and their dispatch to Artner’s clients.
What are the required documents for contract signing?
The required documents are the Worker Dispatching Basic Agreement and individual contract. Other agreements may be signed as supplementary and detailed rules to the Worker Dispatching Basic Agreement, such as a memorandum on confidentiality, a memorandum on privacy, and a memorandum on business travel.

What kind of training do you offer?
After joining Artner, engineers will undergo general training to learn about business etiquette as the first step in becoming a professional, along with various knowledge about the Company. This will be followed by outside on-the-job training to acquire basic know-how on manufacturing, as well as customized training to enhance practical skills in anticipation of the work performed at clients. Following these trainings, engineers will be assigned to clients. Even after placement, we will offer skill improvement workshops for engineers, such as career support courses and skill development seminars.

Which regions do your engineer dispatching services cover?
We can dispatch engineers to all areas of Japan as well as overseas.
What is the minimum number of days that an engineer must be dispatched?
Engineers can be dispatched for periods starting from one day.

If we ask, can Artner refer its engineers to us for regular employment even during their placement period?
Yes, we can. We will confirm with engineers, and if they wish to be employed as regular employees, we will proceed with the necessary procedures upon concluding a paid employment placement contract.
Please explain about your contracting business.
Artner (contractor) undertakes work from a client company (client) and delivers completed work to them. The contracting business is different from the worker dispatching business in that clients do not provide orders/instructions to workers (engineers).

Can a contracting contract be signed with engineers?
Yes. The method of giving orders/instructions to engineers differs between a dispatching contract and a contracting contract.
