Notice Concerning Dividends of Surplus

Artner Co., Ltd. (“the Company”) hereby notifies that on March 14, 2023, the Board of Directors resolved to distribute dividends of surplus with a record date of January 31, 2023, as follows:
We plan to submit this matter at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled to be held on April 27, 2023.

2. Reason
The Company celebrated the 60th anniversary of its establishment in September 2022. In addition, we also celebrated the 15th anniversary of listing on JASDAQ (now Prime Market) in October of the same year. We would like to take this opportunity to express our gratitude to our stakeholders and everyone else involved for their continued support.
Accordingly, to show our thanks to all our shareholders, we have decided to offer a commemorative dividend of ¥17 per share as part of our year-end dividends. Further, based on the full year performance for the fiscal year ended January 31, 2023, we will increase fiscal year-end ordinary dividends by ¥4 to offer ¥23 per share.
By doing so, year-end dividends for the fiscal year ended January 31, 2023, are expected to be ¥40 per share, while annual dividends including an interim dividend of ¥20 are expected to be ¥60 per share.
