After receiving general training to learn business manners and various company-related knowledge, our employees study manufacturing through outside on-the-job training at one of our client companies in the manufacturing industry. Our basic training offers essential design knowledge and fundamental design skills, while our customized training (practical training) provides practical capabilities developed through hands-on experience of the design process used at each trainee’s workplace. Through offering experience in all processes of actual design work, we develop engineers up to industry-ready levels.
After going through the process from general training to outside on-the-job training, basic training, and customized training (practical training), each engineer will be placed in a manufacturer’s project.
On April 1, each new employee starts their new life as a member of the workforce with hopes and anxieties in their minds. On this day, an entrance ceremony, training by executives, and entrance procedures will be performed, followed by a get-together party.
01−Entrance ceremony
The ceremony begins with an opening declaration and speeches from our President and CEO and other executives. Then, each employee’s name will be called to officially acknowledge them as full-time employees of Artner.
02−Training by executives
Our President and CEO and other executives will give speeches on the mindset and behavior required of Artner’s engineers to raise the awareness of new employees.
03−Get-together party
This is an opportunity to deepen friendships with the Company’s senior management, employees from relevant departments, and colleagues. The party will be held in a standing buffet style so that the new employees can ease the tension from the entrance ceremony and actively enjoy conversations with as many people as possible.
Participants learn business manners, general mindset as a member of the workforce, and all kinds of knowledge about Artner.
Trainees are provided with hands-on experience at actual manufacturing facilities to speed up the learning process.
New employees acquire the basic knowledge and skills for design and development, which is a requirement as the first step for engineers. This will help them solidify a technical foundation that can be applied to any type of engineering work.
This training focuses on specific client company operations to provide theme-based education that matches the needs of each workplace. While gaining hands-on experience in design and development processes, the trainees will acquire a wide range of necessary technical skills, from basic to application.
At Artner, even new employees are placed in the workforce of our client companies as industry-ready professionals. Our advanced education and training programs based on our unique curriculum will dispel any concerns or doubts that may arise upon joining the Company to help all our employees confidently engage in actual design and development operations.
