In recent years, the social environment has changed rapidly around the world, and environmental problems such as climate change have become even more visible issues. Against this backdrop, companies are being called upon to work toward realizing a sustainable society, and taking environmental measures based on the recommendations of the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) has become a critical business management issue.
In our new Medium-Term Business Plan (FY2023–FY2025), we list carbon neutrality a key pillar of our business activities. To realize this goal, we continue to identify electric vehicles (EVs), fuel cell vehicles (FCVs), automated driving technology, and semiconductor-related fields as strategically important markets following on from FY2022. They are essential technologies for achieving carbon neutrality.
We provide appropriate talent for projects related to these technologies and endeavor to accelerate technological development. Our excellent engineers and experts participate in these projects and support clients in enhancing their technological capabilities. Additionally, we promote the adoption of new technologies tailored to company needs and are increasing our engineers’ technical skills through Artner’s education programs.
Through these efforts, we support the dissemination and development of environmentally-friendly technologies and will play a key role in realizing carbon neutrality. By doing so, we aim to pass on a better planet to future generations and contribute to building a sustainable society.
