Employment Patternsand Employee Benefits

Artner primarily hires regular employees for our indefinite employment style dispatching services.

Artner’s engineers with an “indefinite employment dispatch” status are hired as regular employees, meaning that the employment relationship continues even after a dispatching service ends. With us, engineers can keep working without worry.

After undergoing education and training, engineers that enter the Company as regular employees join a group suitable to them and are placed with our clients.
There are various career paths to choose from, including “working in the field until mandatory retirement age,” “expert,” “training manager,” and “managerial position.”
After reaching mandatory retirement age, employees can continue working through our continued employment program.
Also, if an engineer wishes to join the client company with which they are placed and the client company is also willing, we will support their job change through our job change assistance program.
We also support any engineers who wish to return to their hometowns for work.

Employee Stock Ownership Association

This system allows employees to build their assets without a significant commitment through the purchase of company stocks.
Funds to purchase company stocks are deducted from employee salaries and bonuses for non-burdensome, planned investments, with the Company paying out subsidies depending on how much money was contributed in a month.

Mental Health Care

Dedicated counselors are always available for consultations. They help our engineers find answers to various problems they face.

A labor union was formed to help us better improve the working conditions and environment for our employees, and negotiations are held between the union and our executives.

Our social gatherings, which include eating and drinking together, are important opportunities for our engineers, as well as our sales and training staff, to deepen their mutual bonds, get to know each other better, and forge new relationships as fellow employees.
(Currently, to prevent the spread of COVID-19, Artner is refraining, in principle, from holding meetings involving food and drinks, including social gatherings and parties held in-house and with clients.)
