After joining Artner, engineers receive education and training and are then assigned to client companies, where they gain experience.
A few years later, engineers will be matched with their preferred manufacturers by a job change assistance representative and proceed to interviews and other selection processes.
If the engineers and the manufacturers reach an agreement, the engineers will be hired by the manufacturers.
The utilization of Artner’s job change assistance program differs between customers with existing dispatch or contract agreements and new customers.
STEP 1|Consult with Artner (Customer → Artner)
Please contact Artner’s Talent Agency Group and inform them that you wish to recruit an engineer who is currently working at your organization under a dispatch or contract agreement.
STEP 2|Enter into a basic agreement on the introduction of human resources (Customer ⇔ Artner)
Prior to consultation with the engineer, Artner will enter into an agreement with the customer.
STEP 3|Confirm the engineer’s intent and complete registration procedures for the job change assistance program (Artner)
STEP 4|Administer selection tests and interviews (Customer ⇔ Engineer)
STEP 5|Determine pass/fail results and, if successful, notify the engineer of the job offer (Customer → Engineer, via Artner)
Artner requests that customers continue their dispatch or contract agreement even if the engineer fails the selection or declines the job offer.
STEP 6|Accept or decline the job offer (Engineer)
At least 1.5 months are needed from acceptance of the job offer to entry into your company due to internal procedures and other requirements.
STEP 7|Complete company resignation and entry procedures
STEP 8|Join the company as a regular employee
*Note
Up to the point before the selection tests, customers are asked to refrain from any direct communication with Artner engineers, including discussions regarding the details of their job change.
