1953 Originally founded as Sekiguchi Kogyo Co., Ltd. in Amagasaki, Hyogo
The company manufactured and sold industrial gloves for heavy industry manufacturers in the Hanshin Industrial Region at the time of its founding.
It started hiring employees with STEM degrees and offering a tracing service for design drawings. Also, company engineers started to frequently visit the design departments of client companies.

1962 Osaka Technology Center Co., Ltd. (present-day Artner) was established.
It reproduced and bound design drawings received from the design departments of client companies, using whiteprinting and blueprinting techniques.
As company engineers worked with the design departments, client companies increasingly requested “design and development services.”
1960s to 1990s
We received orders from manufacturers across the Keihanshin region, which supported Japan’s rapid economic growth, for our design and development services, and grew as a company.
As our services expanded, our client companies increasingly requested “permanent assignments” due to inefficiencies in traveling back and forth.
1989 Opens the Kanto Office.
Our engineers worked with engineers from our client companies, traveling between each other’s design rooms to complete design drawings.
1986 Worker Dispatching Act takes effect in Japan.
1992 Osaka Technology Center Co., Ltd. celebrated the 30th anniversary of its establishment.
1998 Combining the words “Art (technology in general)” and “Partner,” the Company was renamed Artner Co., Ltd.
2000 –
2007 Company stock listed on JASDAQ.
2018 Artner’s Medium-Term Business Plan was started.
