As a member of the local community, we are involved in community outreach activities such as supporting the education of the next generation of manufacturing professionals and beautifying the environment.
We run computer programming classes led by Artner employees for children in grades four to six at local elementary schools. Like this, we provide opportunities for children to learn how to think like a programmer.
As part of its community service activities, Artner organizes a cleanup of Esaka Park, located near our learning centers in West Japan, and of Shin-Yokohama Ekimae Park, located near our Tokyo headquarters and learning centers in East Japan, inviting the participation of all of our directors, managers, and employees.
We donate to various organizations to contribute to the achievement of the SDG goals.
We provide assistance to the Akai Hane Central Community Chest of Japan, which engages in support and aid activities to address living issues in the community (such as child poverty, social withdrawal (“hikikomori”), and assistance for the elderly and disabled children and adults ).

As part of our efforts to promote SDGs, continuing from last year, we made a donation to the U.N. WFP, which conducts food assistance activities with the aim of eliminating hunger and poverty, and to the Akai Hane Central Community Chest of Japan, whose activities are aimed at resolving various social issues, in support of their philosophy and efforts. Our hope is that our activities help achieve SDG targets as fast as possible. Going forward, the Company will continue to pursue the further growth of its businesses alongside making active contributions to international and social causes.

WFP), which endeavors to save children in poverty from hunger and help with their sound development through efforts such as food assistance to 83 countries and school lunch assistance to over 30 countries in the world, alongside improving school enrollment rates and expanding educational opportunities.
