With a view to achieving SDG 14, “Life Below Water,” Artner Co., Ltd. established the “Plastic Smart Declaration,” and promotes conduct mindful of the 3Rs of Reduce, Reuse and Recycle across the company.
(Initiatives)
・We refrain from using PET (plastic) bottles and promote the use of personal reusable bottles.
・We recommend the use of personal reusable bags when shopping.
・We do our utmost to refrain from using disposable plastic straws, spoons, and so forth.
・We adequately sort plastic containers and the like and ensure to recycle them.
As a supporter of the “Plastics Smart” campaign promoted by the Ministry of the Environment of Japan, Artner has registered its initiatives based on the “Artner Plastic Smart Declaration” on the campaign’s official website.
With a view to achieving SDG 14, “Life Below Water,” Artner established the “Plastic Smart Declaration,” and promotes conduct mindful of the 3Rs of Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle across the company.
We also collect plastic bottle caps at our business locations across Japan to be recycled.
Part of the proceeds from the recycled bottle caps are denoted to Japan Committee, Vaccines for the World’s Children (JCV), a certified NPO. In turn, these donations are used to provide vaccine assistance in collaboration with UNICEF.
